Demo Script

1. Run ait lab run full-agent-mesh --scenario content_rewrite --trials 1.
2. Run ait run inspect --run <run-dir> and show the report, finding, transcript count, and expectation summary.
3. Open lab/transcripts/edge.json and show the rewrite record with before, after, and rule_applied.
4. Open lab/finding.json and show method.delta_confirmed, direct 0/N, and laundered >0/N.
5. Open lab/paths.json and explain that meshmapper hypotheses are unproven until Assay confirms an oracle-backed side effect.
6. Close with R/R/R: saved rules and scenarios for replicability, transcript hash chains for reproducibility, Assay robustness bundles for robustness.
