CrewAI boundary¶
Place AIT at the protocol client invoked by a CrewAI flow, task, or tool. Crew and task labels describe local orchestration; they do not establish that an A2A or MCP exchange crossed a process boundary.
The optional extra declares crewai >=1,<2. It describes dependency
compatibility and does not certify execution. Record the exact version, the flow or task that
emits the call, the binding, and the receiver observation. Disable framework
telemetry unless it is explicitly inside scope.
If the target uses only in-process CrewAI objects, AIT cannot invent a network boundary. See Framework-mediated boundaries for the placement and evidence contract.
