OpenAI Agents boundary

Place AIT at the A2A or MCP client invoked by a function tool, handoff adapter, or other explicit extension point. The SDK's local agent and handoff objects are not themselves observable protocol hops.

The optional extra declares openai-agents >=0.18,<1. That is not evidence that all releases, model providers, or handoff paths behave alike. Record the exact SDK version, whether tracing is enabled, which extension point emitted the exchange, and how the receiver's effect is observed.
